Internet Maintenance and Support includes:

Telephone hot line support: Available Mon. through Fri. 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.

Virus Definition Updates: Are provided via our Web Site located at www.cybersoft.com/support/virus_updates.shtml.. An automatic E-mail notice will be provided to the designated end user to inform them of the availability of new virus definition update, however, it is the end user's responsibility to check the server and download the update. 

Product Updates and Upgrades: Are provided via our Web Site at a specified URL. An E-mail notice will be provided to the designated end user to inform them of the availability of new program update/upgrade, however, it is the end user's responsibility to check the server and download the new release. 

Wave Antivirus: Internet Maintenance and Support includes:

Software Maintenance & Support Via Courier

VFind Security ToolKit:

Courier Maintenance and Support includes: 

Telephone Hot line Support: Available Mon. through Fri. 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.

Virus Definition Updates: Distributed on 3.5" HD floppy disk shipped twice monthly or as needed (which ever is the shorter term) via courier.

Product Updates and Upgrades: Distributed on CD-ROM or floppy diskette shipped via courier.  

Payment Options and Taxes

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We accept Purchase Orders (NET 15), company checks, wire transfers, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. COD is not available. Special note to overseas customers: VAT and or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  A Shipping and Handling fee of $25.00 will be added to each order. Choice of Carrier and Service is decided by CyberSoft, Inc.

Sales Outside the United States

The VFind Security ToolKit has been approved for export  under General License GTDU, ECCN 5D002C. A special license is required for export to Country Group SZ which includes, but is not limited to, Libya, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Cambodia, North Korea and Vietnam.

Sales outside of North America can be handled by either a local dealer, if one exists, or directly from CyberSoft. Terms of payment are by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer concurrent with the order. CyberSoft will not export to countries where our copyright is not recognized or enforced unless selling to a company with offices in the United States.

Definition of Terms and Terms of License

All CyberSoft products are licensed on a per-system basis. Licenses are not interchangeable between systems. A copy  of the Purchase Acknowledgment Right To Use License is included with every copy of software. An advance copy is available upon request and is available on our Web site.
